Aid in the system design of a payroll system. (ERP or Accounting Systems Background)
Develop a mechanism to allow auditing all the actions occurring in the system.
Develop Workflow engine for multiple business processes.
Segregating the various system features into Module/Sub-Modules which can be licensed separately to the clients.
Follow the DRY principles in his/her code.
Follow the OOP patterns in his/her code.
Actively unit test the code developed.
Exposing certain areas of the system via REST API.
Knowledge of Jasper Reports.
