To review, advise, prepare and handle Joint Venture agreements and contracts for local and international investments
Client Details
A major player in Industrial and Commercial Investments space with offices in USA, Europe and the Middle East is seeking a Legal Advisor who will work within the Joint Ventures Legal team. This company is ranked one of the top 10 businesses in Saudi Arabia and an award winning employer
Description
*Review agreements, contracts, etc.,
*Be able to negotiate legal terms and conditions of the above;
*Review contracts prepared by the concerned department that involve Joint Ventures and conducting due dilligences
*Monitor the execution of contract's terms and conditions during the process and report any discrepancies to the Senior Legal Counsel/Asst General Counsel
*Maintain and report compliance with various development obligations, etc.
*Review all articles and resolutions relating to board, banks, corporate partners
Profile
1.2-5 years post qualifying experience
2. A minimum of 2 years Joint Ventures experience
3.International Law Firm experience
