Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Controlling the annual marketing budget.
Establish department policies & procedures, as required.
Analysis and/or market research to assist formulating sales and business plans.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity to include but not limited to internal office design, uniform tone of voice and character.
Manage the online presence of the company to include but not limited to; website, social media, Linkedin.
Create, write, analyse and edit quarterly marketing activity reports for the company and various submarkets (including but not limited to office, industry highlights, insight &statistics).
Management & coordination of all design & marketing agencies.
Liaising and networking with a range of strategic stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations.
Managing the production & effective distribution of all marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, internal e-newsletter.
Monitoring competitor activity.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Every marketing plan, campaign, project etc. must be planned in accordance to a set of objectives and effectiveness/results recorded for measurement & improvement purposes.
