Main Responsibilities :
• Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access
• Support and administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy
• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
• Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.
• Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Diagnosing system errors and other issues
• Installing or changing software to fix issues
• Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software license
• Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
• Configuration of emails on users pcs and mobiles.
• Support audio and video equipment in conference rooms
• Maintaining various servers like ERP, Anti-Virus, CCTV and Backup servers
• Coordinating with vendors to purchase IT equipment
