As a Project Manager, you help streamline projects and deliverables throughout the entire company. Set requirements, deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of tasks. Prepare reports, analytics, and coordinate with all departments to ensure all top management requirements and company needs are fulfilled. Our ideal candidate has experience in digital and startup companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
• 
  
• Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
• 
  
• Confers with top management and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.
• 
  
• Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning
  Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
• 
  
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• 
  
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• 
  
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• 
  
• Measure results and analytics within different areas in the company
• 
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• 
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• 
  
• Perform other related duties as assigned
•
