1. Professional/Technical/Skilled/Internal Recruitment whenever required
2. Accepting new recruitment request provided by sales and customer support team.
3. Identification of overseas recruitment agencies
4. Finalizing deal with agencies by negotiation.
5. Documentation for agreement signup between Workforce and agencies.
6. Interviewing and selection candidates.
7. Maintaining and updating visa tracker on weekly basis.
8. Agency performance evaluation.
9. Mobilization of workers and providing required documents (candidate data sheet, passport copy and visa page copy) to admin team to start the process of medical, iqama and baladiya cards.
10. Tracking all invoices of agencies and coordination with finance for payment.
11. Generating employment number for new employees, followed by medical insurance request and iqama cards distribution.
