• Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts.
• Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.
• Recommend to the General Manager and coordinates all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume. This includes advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
• Create and implement special programs to achieve greater profitability.
• Participate as an Active Member of the community through association’s membership and other trade organizations.
• Review regularly that internal promotion pieces for visual effect conformity with standards are up to date.
• Organize and promote, in cooperation with the General Manager special projects to stimulate Food & Beverage sales within the community, including, but not limited to, tournaments, balls, parties, gastronomic festivities, etc.
• Recommend to General Manager the kind of advertising which will be most productive for the Leylaty Group by analyzing the market effectiveness of past advertising campaigns and consulting with other Department Heads and the Advertising Agency.
• Procure new and repeat business for the Group by maintaining contact with Corporate Account; industries Leader; Airlines, Travel Agencies, Commercial Houses, PR agencies, Private Clubs and Professional Associations within the community and neighboring markets.
• Review regularly the Public Relations activities to ensure high awareness of the Leylaty Group in the local and national media.
• Maintains active solicitation and measurement of accounts for the Group.
• Determine or gain approval of Catering availability, suitability and pricing.
• Develop and send proposal/contract illustrating how Leylaty Group satisfies customer objectives/needs.
• Make recommendation to General Manager as to new account development/solicitation based on account market trends.
• Conduct weekly reviews of sales activity to be presented to General Manager to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.
• Produce weekly monthly Sales reports and forecasts.
• Meet with guests from major producers/organizers of big events to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
