• Developing, refining and follow on execution of proper testing plans for identification of defects in software applications
• Developing, establishing and maintaining quality methodologies, systems, and practices which meet requirements established by customers.
• Serving as a Quality representative to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on quality-related aspects and initiatives.
• Providing focused quality support within product development.
• Performs all aspects of verification and validation in all testing phases.
• Regularly hold training activities on quality control aspects and best practices.
• Mentors a peer and reports feedback to the lead or manager.
• Communication – ensure a good level of teamwork, highlighting issues in good time and proactively suggesting solutions to resolve problems
• Support – Assist with resolution and reproduction of user software problems.
• Work Organization – Effective prioritization and meeting deadlines
• Individual Development – Take ownership of personal development.
