• Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle E-Business suite Finance / HRMS / Procurement modules
• Work with Business to develop the business case, high-level scope, schedule and deliver the project
• Resolve user Incidents per Service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
• Perform Problem Management, Change Management & Preventive Maintenance activities
• Prepare the test cases for unit testing and support the Functional specialists in preparing test cases for System Integration and User Acceptance Testing. Performs unit testing and participates in SIT, UAT, and PRE-PROD Test phases
• As part of Internal process improvement initiatives, proactively identify areas where processes are lacking structure, and implement solutions to reduce inefficiencies and provide greater cohesion
• Conduct awareness sessions and Training to scale-up the utilization and Business Benefits realization
• Prepares Weekly Status Reports to communicate the status of actions performed against the initiatives planned
