The Sr. Executive - Pre-Sales SL is aligned to one or more Verticals and responsible for supporting the Sales team and closing the identified opportunities in the concerned Service Line
Objective/Purpose:
Sr. Executive - Pre-Sales SL is aligned to one or more Verticals and is responsible for supporting the sales team in winning the deal by putting together a solution (in collaboration with the Practice team) that addresses client requirements while ensuring Wipro’s interests are met.
Solution Definition / Integration / Generation:
•Puts together a solution for small to mid sized deals under the guidance of senior team members
RFP Management / Bid Management:
-Project manages the entire bid process by preparing and deploying the bid plan for single SL bids
-Identifies the experts who would contribute to the response
-Collaborates with multiple stakeholders for getting inputs as per plan
-Reviews the bid plan progress and takes corrective actions
-Integrates / assembles the response as per inputs received and ensures that response gets submitted as per timeline.
Customer Management:
-Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to make the customer visit a success
-Contributes to the design of the memorabilia and other content that will be used during the customer visits
Knowledge Management:
-Works on case studies to be published to the external world
-Creates collaterals, account dockets etc that can be reused by the team
-Creates standardized templates for replicating across RFPs
Personal Development and Competence Building:
-Identifies priority developmental competencies and seeks coaching support
-Focuses on all round development that includes competency building in areas of Functional, Technology, Domain, Process and Behavioral skills
-Creates individual development plan on the IDP portal to achieve personal and career development objectives in agreement with manager
