• Experience in Oil & Gas Pipeline projects with site Engineering & Construction,
• Experience shall include but not limited to LDS, RTU, Metering skids scope, preparation of I&C deliverables, providing resolution to Construction queries,
• Prepare Red-markup and As-built.
• Previous SAUDI ARAMCO experience will be an added advantage
• Ensuring all works conforms to the engineering design, applicable codes and standard quality specifications; ensure involved electrical/ instrumentation supervisory staffs understands the implementation of work plan.
• Demonstrate skill in organizing flow of works as well as proficiency in the preparation of method statements and procedures; in compliance to policies, work practices and system processes towards the development of suitable resolutions against potential impact to the projects.
• Interprets specifications and discusses deviations from specified electrical/instrumentation procedures to ensure full compliance with the QA/QC inspection plans and procedures as well as Quality Management System before proceeding to the specific works.
• Handles estimation and review of materials, quantities received and cost for electrical and instruments requirements, including estimation and calculation of manpower loading.
• Prepare and present reports such as; bid proposals, deeds, studies of environmental conditions and impact statements; assist in the preparation of one week and three week look‐ahead plans for the electrical/ instrumentations scope of the project.
• Conduct field investigation to identify and assess engineering problems; provide technical advice on program modifications of electrical/instruments and or necessary repairs to work groups in coordination with the project management.
• Support commissioning by providing technical review and oversight of system startup and testing programs, analyzing plant performance problems through design and construction.
• Liaise with other discipline staffs to ensure the optimum interface of various operational activities, in close coordination with the construction groups, procurement, cost/planning and other support departments.
• Provide instructions/information to work crews, applying technical knowledge in efficient and effective way; analyzes information, evaluate and chooses the best result acceptable to client and project management team.
• Commands respect of discipline workforce; able to develops excellent working relationships with them and all other department staffs and client’s management.
• Complies with the highest level of Safety during the installation stages; able to identify hazardous areas and take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplaces.
• Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project and assist in the proper closeout of the project including transmittal of final documentation to client.
