Job Objective
Accounts and financial reporting manager is responsible for managing all activities regarding accounts and financial transactions.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Participate in developing the department's action plan.
- Preparing the annual budgeting of the accounts and financial operations department.
- Leading, directing and supervising team works and subordinates.
- Providing guidance to direct subordinates in related financial matters and processing through the ERP.
- Prepare and review audit budgeting regarding registration of all accounting activities in accordance with the accounting principles standards.
- Managing the accounts activities (general ledger, accounts payable, payments, receivables, collection and transactions, projects, materials and purchases) and maintaining the completion of accounting records.
- Prepare periodic reports regarding the financial situation and results of operations to the direct manager.
- Prepare and supervise the end-of-year closure process and prepare the financial statements.
- Coordinating and following up with internal audit committee and external auditors.
- Develop and follow-up the accounts manual.
- Evaluate and review the financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports that illustrates the SWOT analysis in all financial aspects.
- Participate in the recruitment process in terms of conducting interviews with HR department.
- Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Work in hand with all team workers "Accountants" in order to transfer knowledge and train them.
