- Preparation of Debit Invoices (Ad-hoc + BDA)
- Updating and filing Debit Invoices (BO Control Sheet)
- Updating and monitoring commercial income on daily basis
- Reconciling deliveries and returns in case if there is any discrepancy in rebates
- Updating & filing vendor original BDAs
- Preparation of invoices for special events
- Handing over periodic income to Finance department
- Controlling ad-hoc and fixed visibilities
- Controlling sampling activities at stores
- Ad-hoc reports i.e. commercial income details, whole sales income, damages write off income, income comparison vs. budget and last year (and forwarding these files to fin. Dept.)
- Preparing and monitoring Vendor Performance Report
- Preparing BDA status report on weekly basis
- Preparing vendor actual business vs. target reports
- Receiving sampling cash and depositing to finance department
- Storing new Debit Invoice books and controlling current and old books
- Storing Debit Invoice approved attachment
- Forwarding weekly sales report to buyers and saving in common folder
- Generating daily sales report to track the trading margin
- Checking Whole-Sales request, approvals, & Margin
- Handling local buyer float requests & Blue forms
- Participate auditing all stores inventories & any other tasks required by the department manager
- Preparing ad-hoc reports other than the mentioned above as and when required
- To comply with the company's policies and procedures at all time
