• Arrangement and follow-up of government documents with representatives of passport office, labour office, municipality, STC & SCEC & assignment to appropriate expediter.
• 
  
• Entry of Human Resources Development Fund statements, sending & follow-up of re-subsidies from HRDF Office.
• 
  
• Issuance/Expedition of Business visas, Private visas & Work visas for abroad staff recruitment through the Labour Office and follow-ups in connection with the concerned employees.
• 
  
• HHA & associated companies’ staff exit/re-entries.
• 
  
• Monitoring of CR validities for the HHA Group taking the appropriate action accordingly.
• 
  
• Monitoring & preparing of Social Insurance charges (GOSI).
• 
  
• Monitoring updating staff movements such new employments/dismissals in connection with Dept Payroll section & the Labour Office as appropriate.
