Job Responsibilities:-

Set the monthly sales plan for salesmen and follow up targets achievement.
Establish & maintain good relationship with the MT customers (management, accountants & store).
Review customer’s contract and ensure implementation.
Review products’ visibility, planogram, shelf share and expiries through market visits and report market status to management.
Ensure achievement of sales and collection targets and report to the management.
Implement monthly promotions plans with the customers according to the budget.
Follow up marketing equipment manufacturing and distribution on branches.
Coach, train and develop salesmen and monitor their KPIs through market visits.
Activate new customers and schedule them in salesmen routes.
