·Coordinating marketing activities that aim at reflecting company image, such as preparing and amending corporate profiles and supervising company website…etc.
·Establishing and maintaining proactive relationships withkey clients and strategic partners, in order to utilize such relationships inachieving marketing objectives.
·Preparation of seminars, trade shows and exhibitions heldand ensuring that those seminars, trade shows and exhibitions yield maximumbenefit in promoting company services.
·Managing and developing customers' database to ensuremaintaining final addresses and all necessary useful information.
·Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and takenecessary steps to address dissatisfaction and loyalty
·Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibilityare consistent with the company and brand positioning.
·Provide recommendations and ideas for design anddirection collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communicationsmedia for the company.
·Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand
.Audit the procedures of receiving and handling client requests, complaints, and inquiries, to assure consistency of quality service provided under the Marketing Director supervision.
