Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities for events
Liaise with clients and partnership team to ensure operations delivery
Coordinate and assist with managing project tasks to ensure delivery with specific budgets and timelines
Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships through regular communications
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference purposes
Evaluate operational performance and assist in strategic plans for implementationWorking closely on streamlining processes for efficient execution
Managing project timelines and milestones from all departments- Marketing, Sales, Production
Managing team of event coordinators and event day staffing for events
Managing event aspects and implementation including registration processes, logistics, transportation, hospitality
Closely working with Production Manager on build-up, AV, branding, and other logistical aspects
