- Checking of Invoices accuracy.
- Apply three way matching and report discrepancies.
- Follow up payment approval
- Aging reports monitoring
- Record transactions of Account Receivable and payable in ERP system.
- Monitoring of Account payable and payment on time as per BCR procedure
- Reconciliation of Bank account and supplier
- Updates of payment in banking software Fransiglobal.
- Control the labor penalties and funds
- Follow up of Customers.
- Record all receipt of payment in ERP system.
- Monitor bank services fee and address quality issue.
- Forecast daily cash requirement and execute daily financing decisions.
- Adhere to appropriate accounting procedure and process.
- Economic situation awareness
- Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
- Monitor working capital
- Helping auditors for audits of books.
- Meetings with suppliers and customers and rectifying issues.
- Cash Handling
- Disbursement of expenses Employees
- Payment preparation of all company suppliers on time. (including Govt.Tel. electric,Jawazat etc)
- Received payment from Customer
- Preparation of vouchers
Deposit of cash in Bank Weekly basis
