-Define configuration specifications and business/data analysis requirements
-Setting KPIs and measuring the business processes improvement
-Define reporting and alerting requirements
-Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
-Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency
-Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
-Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
-Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects.
-Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
-Support in formulating the business strategy, deciding the requirements for project
-Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance firm’s integration
-Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product/service team
-Communicate key insights and findings to product/service team
-Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer
-Support the development of new solutions / services including pricing, promotion, channel strategy, target customer(s) –coordinating closely with the direct Head of department / Other Department Heads to identify the required firm’s resources / investments to enable go-to-market.
-Prepare pitches / proposals, value propositions / business cases and/or other presentation materials to potential business partners / customers.
