- Primary Skill: Business Analyst (Trade or Exchange experience is must)
- 4- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with good experience in roll out of end to end solutions in Trading, Trade clearing and settlement, Central Securities Depository and Stock Exchanges
- Requirement gathering, BRD, FSD preparation, good documentation, presentation and management skills
- Strong hold of functional areas such Cash and derivatives clearing, Settlement management, Post trade risk management, Collateral management, Price processing, Registry and Corporate actions.
- Working experience in asset classes like Equities, Bonds, Repo, ETFs, Tradable Rights, REITs, Securities Lending, Mutual funds, Exchange traded derivatives (options and futures)
- Working experience with Clearing members, Settlement banks, Trading Members, Custodians, Issuers would be an added advantage
- Have familiarity with business processes such as accounts opening/closing, orders and trades, settlement instruction management, option exercise and physical delivery, asset pricing calculation, reporting and reconciliations etc.
- Strategic insight must be coupled with a strong execution orientation and ability to deliver results
- BA should be able to set up a robust governance model that will oversee the end to end testing process and should be able to provide domain consulting based on its vast experience "
