  • Coordinates, maintains & enhances P&O systems in conjunction with the user areas and information systems
  • 
    
  • Assists C&B Administrator in carrying out all P&O activities, ensuring that relevant policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • 
    
  • Ensures accuracy and integrity of all data input into the system
  • 
    
  • Administering the P&O system including reporting, auditing, and serves as department system administrator.
  • 
    
  • Assists P&O Manager in the preparation and issuance of employment documentation the appropriate personal file.
  • 
    
  • Maintains records on all company asset
  • 
    
  • Co-ordinate daily with Expeditor on issues such as (Visas, Iqamas, GOSI, travel letters etc.).
  • 
    
  • Monitoring/reporting staff attendance, vacation and absenteeism. Liaise with Finance department in that matter
  • 
    
  • Processing and Handling Employees leaves system and travel assistance.
  • 
    
  • Updating P&O System as per internal policy and maintaining it up to date
  • 
    
  
  Handling contractor record and updating their record in the system
