• Preparing AFF and WBS for the TA and allocate pre-fund in the WBS.
• Prepare estimation for the TA before execution with contingency included from the CWL information.
• Monitoring and tracking the cost during execution and analyze the data as required to support decision making for any cost impact.
• Forecasting the cost base on current expenses trending and raise concern for cost expenditure awareness.
• Tracking and reporting any potential overrun during the TA.
• Creating SES for contractor invoices and ensures all works order closed in the SAP after approving the SES.
• Finalizing cost report and support for development of TA closing Report.
• Ensure the TA WBS is financially close and align with finance final report.
• Preparing AFF and WBS for the TA and allocate pre-fund in the WBS.
• Prepare estimation for the TA before execution with contingency included from the CWL information.
• Create PR’s and assist in technical evaluation including PO’s amendment
• Optimize budget and actual cost for the turnaround and Department’s fixed cost.
• Perform cost analysis on expenditures and recommends solutions annually.
