Ability to physically conduct random inspections of all support facilities as required.
• Demonstrate maturity and excellence in communication, ability to build effective teams, possess interpersonal communication skills and the ability to initiate and bring positive changes.
• Proficient in Computer, particularly in the MS Suite applications.
• Proficiency in preparing presentations / documentations.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills, in speaking, writing and presenting. Highly customer oriented and ability to work professionally and tactfully with individuals at all levels.
• Effectively organize and prioritize work activities.
• Strong problem solving skills and techniques.
• Ensure confidentiality of operation, guest and residents.
• High sense of accuracy, thoroughness, accountability and ability to determine actions, risks and results to get the job done.
