KSA's top, multi-billion AUM investments fund is seeking an experienced Saudi National with a strong background in setting and maintaining a compliance risk assessment program. This position will be responsible for compliance assessment across the business, its support functions, and its portfolio companies.

Our client is a multi-billion AUM investments firm based in Riyadh that is continuously raising funds and growing across its business lines. They hold a portfolio of both private and public equities and directly invest across all industries locally and abroad.
Description
Core responsibilities of the Head of Compliance Assessments include, but are not limited to:
- Sets and maintain the firm's compliance risk assessment program
- Runs periodic compliance risk self-assessment exercises (in alignment with other non-financial risks)
- Performs key control and assessment activities of compliance risks
- Reviews, analyses and challenges self-assessments submitted by each department within the firm
- Applies risk-based Level 2 controls to test quality of implementation within the firm's business and support functions and its portfolio companies
- Coordinate with internal committees and appropriate external expertise, if necessary, to assess the impact of relevant changes in applicable laws, rules and regulations
- Monitor and test, or oversee staff who monitor and test, the effectiveness of controls using a risk based methodology
Profile- 5+ years of experience in Compliance Assessment Operations in the Financial Services sector
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a reputable university required
- Experience managing and developing a team is preferred
