• Study the project descriptions and specifications for required standards in order to fulfill the technical requirements.
• Define the scope of the project and create work plan and develop the project schedule.
• Determine the resources (equipment, manpower, utilities, etc..)
• Check more competitive prices with sub-suppliers to prepare effective bids and subsequently reduce the total costs of the projects during execution
• Coordinate with Commercial Sector to prepare offers with best prices and with alternative offer options.
• Manage cash flows and costs relative to revenue at the Project level including regular reviews of margins, deadline and change orders.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on the Project status
• Coordinate with internal partners to get their feedback about the complete project in order to form a better guideline for calculation of future quotation.
• Review spare parts and ensures its compliance with requirements of operation and maintenance in project.
• Direct and coordinate with owner’s management team, the performance of the planned project and how to manage the various technical and organizational interfaces that exist within the project
• Attend the meetings with teams and the appropriated stockholders for discussion and addressing all pertinent topics of the project for information exchanges and decision making.
• Monitor closely site inspectors/engineers and operation and maintenance staff performance.
• Monitor and control the project work process by comparing actual project performance against the project management plan, recommend the corrective or preventive action to assist the work performance, monitor the existing project risks to make sure the risks are identified as per appropriate risk response plans, provide forecasts to update current cost and current schedule information, monitor implementation of approved changes as they occur.
• Manage any unplanned activities and determine the appropriate course of action.
• Review the impact of all project changes and implement the approved corrective, preventive actions or defect. repairs.
• Monitor and Control the project cost and budget by influencing the factors that create changes to the authorized cost baseline, manage the actual changes when they occur, ensure that the cost expenditure do not exceed the authorized funding by period or WBS component in total for the project, monitor work. performance against cost performance.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants to successfully complete the project in time and according to quality standard including final project handing-over and documentation to the client/end user.
