The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Company’s Marketing Director to ensure all marketing plans are completed in good time and within budget.
He/she will maintain close working relationships with all Division Heads, Business Unit Managers and their employees to ensure their marketing needs are met.
He/she will ensure that the Company’s image and brands are projected professionally and upholds the Company’s Mission Statement of ‘best practices’ in all areas of its business interests.
He/she will market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, using all forms of media (including Social Media); tracking sales data; maintain promotional materials’ inventory; planning meetings and events; tracking number of Social Media Followers and sales data; maintaining databases of vendors, suppliers, publications; and preparing reports as required by the Director of Marketing.
