- Prepares the policies and procedures manual to the overseen departments (Thermoform , Injection ,Resourcing and Maintenance), submits to the Operations Director to review and approve. Monitors their ongoing implementation and compliance. Incorporates all changes upon their occurrence, and ensures clear communication of those changes to the relevant departments.
- Translates the yearly business plan into capacity and resources planning (people & equipment), communicates monthly targets to each Production Manager, and monitors its efficient and timely achievement ensuring total compliance to quality standards.
- Liaises with the Planning Manager to prepare the yearly forecast plan and reviews it quarterly.
- Revises and adjusts production plans according to the quarterly management reviews and communicates changes to the concerned parties.
- Ensures compliance of the manufacturing department’s team to Quality and Safety procedures and standards, and the efficient implementation of all Quality & Safety improvement programs .
- Participates in resolving any issues would affect the manufacturing process.
- Reviews the production reports submitted by the Production Managers, prepares a weekly status report reflecting achievement versus plan, and issues to the concerned departments to take action accordingly.
- Monitors the Resourcing and Complementary Operations departments performance, reviews their reports and provides recommendations if needed.
- Prepares periodic reports reflecting the Manufacturing division performance, and presents to the Operations Director.
