Mainly to provide a professional and efficient reception service at all times ensuring the needs of visitors and staff is met.
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
- To meet and greet visitors ensuring they are signed in and inducted.
- To take all incoming calls and re-route to relevant departments.
- Take all room bookings, car park requests and hospitality requirements.
- Update the duty manager information as and when required.
- Monitor stationary stock and reorder when required.
- Cover as part of post room team when required.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and clutter free.
- Monitor the gate security system in the absence of security.
- To carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by the Facilities Manager.
- To complete a variety of straightforward, stand-alone tasks.
- To take instruction and will be subject to regular local supervision of progress against results and escalates issues when required
- Likely to be a member of a team that focuses on day-to-day routine tasks
