• Greet customers entering the store, assess their level of need for assistance after allowing them to browse the store and identify their needs by approaching and conversing with them through open questions and reconfirm those needs
• Present a variety of choices by demonstrating product knowledge in order to get customer’s interest and introduce complementary products in the process
• Provide complete sales service after closing by offering the customer to join the Loyalty Card Program and using sales etiquette
• Adhere to a high level of sales service from when the customer enters the store and even with the after sales service; alterations, dispatching stock to customers abroad
• Clean fixtures daily, fold all items with papers neatly on shelves and commit to hangers discipline; display items on their branded hangers, to ensure stock looks at its best
• Follow the suitable guidelines precisely for general merchandising standards
• Gain product/brand knowledge in order to offer the best service possible by inquiring from brand representatives, reading provided booklets and understanding fabrics and cuts
• Maintain and replenish stock areas on daily basis and rotate stocks weekly in order to rejuvenate interest of frequent shoppers
• Ensure representation of all sizes and styles, when possible, on the shop floor
• Display previous season’s stock to complete the current one, if there is spare space available
• Maintain stock room tidiness and arranged by brand, style and size while separating new stock from previous season’s stock
• Ensure correct price tags are on their specified items
• Reduce stock loss by being vigilant, observing the number of items with customers and informing the Store Manager of any suspicions without confronting customers
• Adhere to attendance and leaves policy and its regulations
• Commit to wearing the provided uniform daily, to being well groomed at all times and to indoor store regulations such as no smoking indoors
• Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager
