Primary Role:

• Manage project material receipts, proper storage, issue materials against proper requisitions and maintain inventory.
• 
  
• Manage storage of consumables, small tool, and tackles.
• 
  
• Maintain perpetual inventory records
  Stores administrative control, safety and meeting Aramco requirements
• 
  

Duties : 

• Supervise receipt all goods with proper validation of supporting documents- delivery notes, MTC's, Invoice etc..
• 
  
• Properly storage of goods and tools in an orderly manner.
• 
  
• Ensure of Issue goods/tools against authorized requisitions and adjust inventory records accordingly.
• 
  
• Surveillance in the storage area and ensuring all the materials are in order with proper marking and traceability documents.
• 
  
• Manage and Issue RFI (request for inspection) to QC and getting back the GRN's signed and ready for issuance.
• 
  
• Perform periodic inventory verification and highlight any discrepancy to the stores in charge.
• 
  
• Supervise Collection back excess materials and keep inventory record on completion of the project.
• 
  
• Supervise and ensure collection back tools and tackles from work men on completion of work.
• 
  
• Maintain documents as per department quality objective and meeting ISO requirements.
• 
  
• Generate GRN and certify the vendor invoice for payments
• 
  

Accountability: 

• Completely accountable for the stores' inventory, material receipts, and issuance to projects.
• 
  
• Responsible for maintaining the minimum stock of consumable items and advising the production for raising timely MR to procurement.
• 
  
• Issuance of RFI (Request for inspection) to QC within three days from the date of receipt of materials in stores.
• 
  
• Coordinating with Procurement for the technical documents required by QC for clearing the goods.
• 
  
• Ensuring proper upkeep and cleanliness in the storage area
•
