1. Coordinate divisional business related activities and special projects to ensure production target are achieved in accordance with delivery schedules.
2. Evaluate divisional processes, recommended and coordinate with process stake holders needed changes based on process analysis.
3. Direct employees in the development, analysis and preparation of reports.
4. Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
5. Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
6. Conduct on the job training and provide process orientation to employees.
7. Establish employee’s goal and conduct employee performance reviews.
8. Responsible for employee work scheduling to include : work assignments, rotations, employee training ,overtime assignment, back- up for absent employees and shift rotations.
9. Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
10. Communicate with other supervisors and managers.
