This role requires a treasury specialist with a minimum of five years’ previous treasury experience gained in a medium or large corporation. Cash Management experience is essential as is the ability to manage relationships with the key stakeholders. Foreign exchange and interest rate management experience are desirable.
Job Specific:
• Ensures payments to vendors (invoices), shareholders (dividends), and employees (payroll and expenses) are made in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with Company procedures.
• Oversees relationship with the banks to facilitate transactions.
• Prepares bank documentation (LC, LG, etc) when required to complete transactions.
• Monitors cash-flow in the various bank accounts and makes transfers between accounts as necessary to ensure enough cash (SAR and USD) is on hand at all times.
• Verifies the existence and corrections of supporting documentation and required signatures in order to be compliant with Company processes and to be able to support bookings.
• Oversees the relationship with the insurance company to ensure adequate insurance coverage is on hand to cover the Company’s risks in line with corporate guidelines.
• Leads the drive to ensure that company uses the latest available online Banking services and solutions to optimize support for the company’s business.
