• Adhere to the Accounting department’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all financial data is properly and accurately recorded and be available for analysis, reporting, and verification.
• Records all transaction activities into the system (e.g. suppliers details, invoices payment terms and conditions, payroll information) and supervise suppliers payment schedules and salaries payment.
• Review invoices entries in the system to proceed with accounting transactions and prepares reconciliation checks.
• Review Sales & Cost of Sales to ensure that computerized MIS reports are generated in line with computerized uploads to ensure the accuracy of sales & cost of sales.
• Prepare closing transactions and period-end reports (monthly/quarterly/annually) in compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements for superior approval.
• Apply internal procedures to ensure that accounting practices are in compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia financial reporting statutes, standards and financial reporting best practices.
