Job Purpose
• The individual will be a part of B2B team and will drive WFI relationships with:
o large & medium scale corporates with special focus on financial institutions
o government entities
to drive sales and revenues.
• Specific role of the individual is to build trusted relationship with Business Leaders, Human Resource and Learning & Development stakeholders in organisations across industry verticals.
Operation Tasks
• Work closely with our marketing and social media teams to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
• Manage and maintain sales / client’s database.
Administrative Tasks
• All administrative work such as (but not limited to)
o Payment processing:
Process customer payments using our accounting system
Invoice issuance
o Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes.
Marketing and Sales Tasks
• Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B (with special focus on financial institution and government entities) channel by promoting our services to new and existing Clients.
• Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and Identify all their needs.
• Approach new businesses with proposals.
• Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
• Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel.
• Manage clients’ / projects’ receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI
• Insure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process
• Oversee and manage corporate sales executives to achieve set targets
• Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues “Business directors, Ops, Logistics to ensure that our clients are getting quality service
• Receive corporate customer calls and provide them with accurate feedback
• Convert corporate customer calls to sales leads using WFI processes
• Enrol and register customers into WFI courses.
