• provide effective support for NHC Total Rewards strategy, recommend, create and implement reward programs.
• Perform salary & benefits bench marking analysis and prepare recommendations for management approval.
• Participate in the yearly benefits survey, provide market trends & best practices and benefits info/update.
- Design a compensation package based on business goals and strategy.
- Maintain administrative procedures in support of the organization’s compensation and benefits policies to ensure that these are implemented effectively.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of incentive schemes for managers and staff to ensure that these achieve their objectives.
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on financial, and non financial compensations.
- Complete job evaluations and job classification.
