1. Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
2. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities; Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
3. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
4. Research and build relationships with new clients.
5. Plan approaches and pitches; Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
6. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
7. Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion; Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
8. Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
9. Conduct ad-hoc and scheduled virtual meetings with representatives to assist in the sales process leading to increased sales within the territory.
10. Make proactive sales calls within an assigned region on a daily basis with existing representatives to strengthen relationships and find selling opportunities.
11. Identify and convert representatives into producing representatives.
12. Manage territory to meet production goals.
13. Create a referral leads list to recruit new representatives.
14. Identify and convert representatives into producing representatives.
15. Other duties as assigned by management.
