The Role:

Act as support and the link between the regional logistics team and regional final mile provider. Develop processes and procedures to support and facilitate ecommerce growth across a region. Accountable for the overall final mile delivery performance within region.

The Responsibilities:

• Work within a market and with internal and external contacts to ensure ecommerce volume is planned and promotion activity is clearly defined within a given market.
• Always consider the customer in the delivery proposition
• Drive performance by removing obstacles, improving processes, and recommend solutions.
• Provide accurate reports and support to internal and external contacts.
• Supports all controllable costs and manage all budgets, making recommendations for costs structures for new budgets
• Support and Develop the creation of ecommerce logistics policy and procedures

• Supply Chain Management
• Ecommerce Operations
• Relationship Management
• Graduate qualification in logistics desirable
• Minimum 4 years' experience in a Senior Logistics position
