Job Description
• To manage all Schedules of meetings of CEO.
• To sort out all mail and distribute to the concerned.
• To arrange and submit all correspondence addressed to CEO.
• To draft all letters and reports required by CEO.
• To ensure Timely Reminders / Alert and follow up (by in person, by phone, by whatsapp, by email)
• To ensure coordination with our PR Company APCO for all sorts of communication and event management, press releases
• To manage and supervise Company mail through courier Fedex including sending & receiving
• All sorts of important and valued Business Cards received from CEO , (Excel database entry for business usage).
• To collect mail form President Office and organize all other mails received through courier or post addressed to CEO.
• To manage urgent and important mails from president office, e-mail, fax, and directly presented to CEO.
• To maintain and update records and ensure proper filling in systematic way of all correspondence related to CEO.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.
