• Plan, organize, coordinate, arrange, and monitor the transportation and movement of goods
• 
  
• Coordinate and manage export transactions
  Communicate inventory movements to third-party facilities
• 
  
• Research and negotiate transportation quotations and report findings
• 
  
• Arrange logistics with ocean freight carriers to ensure timely delivery for customers
• 
  
• Prepare necessary export documentation for all shipments, including banking documents for Letters of Credit (L/C) or Documentary Collections
• 
  
• Monitor shipment movements, strong follow up required
• 
  
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, shipping lines, and warehouses on a daily basis
