Job Description :

• 
  
• Review current structure, check vacancies and related issues to create action plans to cover the gaps.
• 
  
• Screen CVs sent from sourcing, conduct phone interview and set HR/Technical interview appointment with the qualified candidates “Cairo – Governorates”.
• 
  
• Analyze performance, behavior and conduct investigations if needed upon the situation or events.
• 
  
• Share in building the annual performance appraisal system \[select proper method – set the evaluation aspects – give orientation to HOD and delegated evaluators on how to implement the appraisal system\] that reflects on employees increase and recommended trainings.
• 
  
• Perform Job analysis and Update job description.
• 
  
• Participate in salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
• 
  
• Provide support to HR team in projects assigned by HR manager or working on cross functional project teams.
•
