Special requirements:
Preferably work with Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu (RCJY) as project
manager in similar type of projects (schools OR building projects)
Preferably holding BMI certificate.
Project manager must have the fluent ability for the following:
- Guide the all project team and plan their tasks with the respect of the
project schedule and milestones.
- plan and study the project construction phases.
- Study the in-house resources and maintain the construction strategy.
- Maintain the project budget and improve it.
- Maintain the project schedule with respect to the quality of work and safety
procedures.
- Maintain the cash flow (In and Out)
- Plan ahead for the required resources (materials, manpower, equipment) and
be sure that it’s available ahead of construction always.
- Maintain the project documentation on time (Letters, permits, time schedule,
materials approvals, methods of statement, quality documents, safety
documents, procurement schedule)
- Identify the risk early and place a preventive action to avoid it (Risk
management scales)
