Job responsibilities :
• provide Technical support for both Hardware and software Issues
• IT Devices Hardware Maintenance Plan
• Respond and resolve IT Help Desk Tickets
• Manage active directory ( Create – disable – Join Domain- Users )
• IT Asset management
• Monitor and Verify backup NAS storage
• Monitor and update Firewall Policy
• Email Control Panel ( Create – Delete – Update users Email )
• New Branch Opening network Infrastructure
• Monitor and follow up with Internet service provider
Job Requirement :
• Microsoft windows server Admin certification ( MCSA )is a must
• Network principals knowledge ( IP Configurations )
• VMware Knowledge
• Microsoft windows Operating system knowledge
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• CCNA is preferred
• Experience 2 year minimum
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT:
• Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice
