• Assists with the creation and execution of data driven, dynamic marketing campaigns and program development, content and communications.
• Coordinates the design, production and writing of marketing materials.
• Work with stakeholders and partners to communicate customer and associate campaign through multi-media platform.
• Assists with maintaining campaign calendars and schedules to deliver on-time programming of the annual loyalty plans.
• Collaborate cross functionally to build an understanding of timelines and deliverables per department – Marketing, Operations, Leasing IT, HR, etc.
• Tracks the end-to-end process.
• Coordinates cost effective campaign budgets, which deliver positive ROI, including PO administration and vendor payment process.
• Handles payments with all third parties and internal stakeholders
• Handles complaints and follow up with different stakeholders.
• Prepare post implementation reports
• Evaluate merchants performance
• Responsible for adding new merchants to the program
• Assists with presentations and recap reports.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
