Company Introduction: The company is one of the leading construction & technical services companies for Oil & Gas industry in Eastern Province and all around the Kingdom, serving oil & gas industry as ARAMCO main contractor with excellence for the past 35 years. The company involves in pipeline, plants, petrochemical, civil and MEP construction, and owing a huge fleet of Heavy Equipments Rental Service in the Kingdom and all over the GCC countries, this is including rental services for all kinds of heavy equipments i.e. (Cranes, Heavy Plants, etc.) of all brands & capacities. Responsibilities: • Develop marketing strategies and policies to achieve company goals. • Develop advertising strategy and media planning for the company and various divisions. • Perform customer and market research, develop marketing plans & pricing strategies, explore & utilize the business development opportunities and manage the marketing budget. • Building the overall direction of the marketing function based on set strategies, planning and company policies. • Managing marketing survey, explore new markets and distributors to enhance the sales for all divisions. • The major challenge of the position is to explore new marketing tactics and find markets in a fairly large geographic area • Preparing business strategies for the continuous improvement and penetration to new market, setting up of an effective sales/marketing force capable of meeting the competition in the market and grab maximum share in the market. • Manages the review of the Category Strategy annually in order to ensure it is relevant to any changes to the Business Objectives and the external business environment. • Manages and track the Business P&L and Business results against the approved Plans and Budget in order to ensure all objectives are achieved.
