• Responsible for insuring the properties are ready for show;
• Thorough knowledge of Sales terms, legal guidelines, specifications and all community policies.
• Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property.
• Responsible to conduct out-reach marketing at least once per week.
• Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints.
• Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective buyers
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective customers
• Negotiate Sales terms and conditions and close deals.
• Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
• Keep abreast of the property market status.
• Maintain a strong closing ratio
• Convert phone calls to tours, property tours to sales, and internet leads to tours sales.
• Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales (in those territories assigned to you) either independently or in conjunction with other sales Consultants.
• Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their requirements.
• Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
• Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns are attended to speedily and satisfactorily.
• Maintaining accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords. All paperwork, documentation, contact details, reports or lists generated will remain the property of Rafal
