-Oversee, manage and take responsibility for the completion of the high voltage substation civil works for the project. -Liaison and coordination with the construction, engineering and the wider project teams (consents, land, and stakeholder management) to ensure timely delivery and quality of submissions according to the needs of the project. -Ensuring that quality, health, safety and environmental requirements are met. -Ensuring delivery of the ONSS Civil and Enabling works on time and within budget. -Liaison with onshore project management, engineering, construction and consents teams. -Manage the project contracts and their suppliers/sub-contractors. -Track expenditure and technical performance and intervene where this does not meet requirements. -Ensure deliverables are delivered in accordance with the programme and to the required standard. -Hold regular meetings with wider team to track progress. -Identify and manage interfaces between the ONSS Civil and Enabling works and the rest of the project and other relevant bodies (such as external suppliers and contractors) -Monitor and act to mitigate these risks where possible. -Participate in and/or oversee reporting and forecasting ensuring that it is delivered as required to the project. -Represent the client's civil needs in project meetings.
