About the role
Supervise and follow up on implementation of agreed upon plans with the different team members responsible for different functions across the company
Ensure alignment between relevant stakeholders impacted by process plans
Implement on half yearly basis a plan for corporate process documentation road map aligned with corporate direction
Lead on quarterly basis ,process community meetings with pre-defined stakeholders to ensure alignment of plans between process excellence team and the rest of teams across the organization (info sec., telco & non-telco fraud, internal audit , and business continuity mgt.)
Implement on half yearly basis a plan for process validation and verification aligned with corporate direction
Design and enhance process verification checklists to be used in the verification process.
Perform verification activities for the agreed upon processes and present results to the function head.
Apply necessary changes according to the results of verification assesment.
Follow through implementation of different actions related to verfication
Lead & manage initiatives that are related to establishing new process/policies for major organizational projects, applying the needed impact
Study and distributing the needed tasks.
Apply different controls to ensure that different business processes are being followed
Define process performance optimization possibilities for interrelated group of business processes , finding synergies, perform optimization actions, and measure before and after state for both fixed and mobile businesses
Ensure that the correct stakeholders have needed access for process documents to ensure that business process awareness/communication is on track
Conduct regular meetings with different business owners and challenge their plans related to process documentation, verification and enhancement initiatives
Analyze the process performance in light of actual data extracted from system /reports to identify potential improvements or mitigate any potential risk through using quantitative and qualitative measures
Track action plan's status, intermediate results and difficulties
Conduct Process walk through assessment for key processes based on annual basis and/or according to business needs
Manage the process management education and training for company employee ,training and education on business process management concepts, methods and tools
