Manages & ensures that all Supply Chain Teams carries out assigned duties, responsibilities and functions effectively and efficiently meeting agreed
These tasks will be reviewed regularly by HR Manager and may be subject to change when deemed
necessary. Employee will be consulted if and whenever edits are made.
periodic Performance Management KPI’s following high quality work ethics.
Develops KPI’s & conducts periodic performance management meetings of all team members against set targets and objectives.
Define performance metrics (KPI’s) for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as service availability and cost.
Minimize staff turnover by motivation and maintaining a consistently high quality service including Saudization KPI.
Reviews all inventory stock reports on all locations to ensure that a thorough weekly review of materials stocks on hand on all regions are performed to ensure that there will be no stock out of materials at all times. This includes tracking of Pos and other assets dispatched to the sales team in different regions
Ensures to Operations on all Regions that all materials are available at site all the time following a robust process of safety stock and order replenishment cycle.
Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as demand, marketing / business development, finance, operations / production, help desk and quality assurance.
Appraise vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements.
Participate and negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
