– Full time project management in sustainability related projects
– Managing LEED certification projects throughout design and construction phases
– LEED credits documentation (LEED Online)
– Performing water efficiency calculations
– Performing energy modelling (PREFERABLE NOT REQUIRED)
– Reviewing the project drawings and initial calculations for LEED credit compliance
– Coordinating between the project design team, site team, consultants, and suppliers
– Reviewing datasheets of the project materials and systems for LEED compliance
– Managing the site team in preparing the site related LEED reports
– Supporting the construction design team by clarifying the LEED requirements and replaying to any raised quarries
– Coordinating with the procurement team to submit any related LEED requirements
– Visiting the site to ensure the implementation of the LEED site plans
– Supervising the commission plan for the electromechanical systems
Job Specifications:
– A four-year degree in engineering or architecture
– At least 3 years of experience in Sustainability and Green Building consultancy
– Experience of at least 3 LEED projects
