- Managing the branch and Concrete & Blocks plants & organizing work flow in the branch and projects in order to e ensure having a customer Base to increase the income & achieve high profitability for the factory through the providing the customers for the requested materials they needed
- Develop an annual work plan of the branch's in accordance with the organization to achieve the company's strategic direction
- Analyze the general budget of the branch to monitor expenses and achieve the best profit and avoidance of loss.
- Planning for marketing activities and promotional in the branch to ensure continuity of customers and gain new customers to improve the image of the company and increase sales.
- Analyzes potential deals and evaluates the company's participation in government and private tenders to determine the ability to control the project and compete with other companies.
- Applying the international quality management systems through applying quality requirements in all areas to promote continuous improvement of activities and performance.
- Evaluate operation results and review strategies periodically to organize the production process permanently and maintain an ideal inventory level.
